John was the first headteacher I worked for. He was a sincere, supportive, inspirational, caring man. May he rest in peace.

Fond memories of a great man, he was the best Headteacher at Herbert strutt school, he went above and beyond for my son during his time at school. Without John's help and encouragement my son wouldn't have turned out the lovely man he is today, I know he will leave a massive hole in the hearts of all who knew him, condolences to all his family.
